San Francisco BLT Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • 8 slices sourdough bread, toasted
  • 4 oz. horseradish mayonnaise
  • 2 oz. mixed greens
  • 8 slices tomato
  • 8 oz. cooked sliced bacon
  • 4 oz. peeled sliced avocado
  • 8 oz. cooked peeled shrimp (16 to 22 ct.)

Directions

  • 1. Spread one side of each slice of bread with mayonnaise.
  • 2. Evenly divide and layer 4 slices with mixed greens, tomatoes, bacon, avocado and shrimp.
  • 3. Cover with second slice of bread. Cut in half to serve.
