1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Coat quarter hotel pan with cooking spray; set aside. Cook macaroni according to package directions for al dente; rinse; drain; set aside.
2. Melt butter in saucepan on medium heat. Stir in flour, mustard and pepper. Gradually whisk in milk. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to medium-low. Cook 2 minutes or until mixture has thickened slightly. Reduce heat to low. Stir in cheese until melted. Stir in cooked macaroni and ham.
3. Spoon pasta mixture into prepared pan. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and parsley. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until heated through. Divide evenly between 4 plates and serve.
