Chile Carnitas Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 1 hamburger bun, horizontally split in half
  • 2 Tbsp. Chile Lime Sauce
  • 1/2 oz. shredded lettuce
  • 2 slices tomato
  • 1 slice onion
  • 2 slices avocado
  • 4 oz. cooked pork carnitas, heated

Directions

  • 1. Spread chile lime sauce on bottom half of bun.
  • 2. Top with lettuce, tomato, onion, avocado and carnitas.
  • 3. Cover sandwich with top of bun and serve.
