Farmer’s Rigatoni

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. uncooked rigatoni pasta
  • 8 oz. Black Forest Ham, cut into 1-inch strips
  • 8 oz. cooked drained corn
  • 8 oz. cooked drained green peas
  • 8 oz. diced tomatoes
  • 8 oz. heavy cream
  • 8 oz. dry white wine
  • 4 oz. shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp. chopped fresh sage

Directions

  • 1. Cook pasta according to package directions for al dente; rinse, drain.
  • 2. Meanwhile, combine ham, corn, peas and tomatoes. Heat cream and wine to simmer; remove from heat.
  • 3. Toss pasta with ham and cream mixtures to combine.
  • 4. Divide pasta mixture evenly between 6 plates. Sprinkle with combined cheese and sage before serving.
