Sausage and White Beans

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 tsp. minced garlic
  • 5 cups canned whites beans, rinsed and drained
  • 2 lb. diced smoked sausage
  • 2 cups tomato sauce
  • 1 cup chicken stock

Directions

  • 1. Sauté garlic in oil in saucepot on medium heat 1 minute.
  • 2. Add beans, sausage, tomato sauce and stock. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low. Simmer, uncovered, 15 minutes, stirring frequently.
  • 3. Divide mixture evenly among 6 bowls and serve.
